Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Winner Club. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Winner Club ("We", "Platform") governing your use of the winnerclub.im website and all related services we offer.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Winner Club platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Winner Club reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version in effect.

To be eligible to register and use the Winner Club platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Location: The Winner Club platform is intended for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Winner Club account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and while using the platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Creating a Winner Club account is completely free. To register, you will need to provide the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full name as per Malaysian Identity Card
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile number
• An active and accessible email address
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials, including your password, confidential. Winner Club shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Winner Club reserves the right to decline a registration application or close any account without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of fraud, a breach of terms, or behaviour deemed likely to compromise the integrity of the platform.

Winner Club accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (via all major Malaysian banks)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam, AmOnline, and other FPX-supported banks

Deposit Amount: The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set; however, Winner Club reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount.

Processing: All deposits are processed instantly. If there is a delay of more than 15 minutes, please contact Winner Club customer support with proof of payment (screenshot) for immediate review.

Winner Club does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own handling fees, which are beyond our control.

Winner Club members may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per withdrawal transaction
• Processing Time: 5 to 30 minutes for standard withdrawals during operating hours. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawal Methods: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same bank account or eWallet used for the deposit, and must be in the same name as the Winner Club account.
• Identity Verification: For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, Winner Club may require additional identity verification.

Any winnings obtained through activities suspected to involve fraud, the use of bots, or violations of Winner Club's terms may be withheld and will not be processed for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded.

Winner Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the rollover/wagering requirements specified. The following general terms apply to all Winner Club bonuses:

• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to claim a promotion once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses carry rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover conditions are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within this period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Bonus Usage: Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling the rollover requirement.
• One Account, One Bonus: Members who attempt to circumvent bonus limits through multiple accounts, shared IP addresses, or other means will forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings.

All games available on the Winner Club platform — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette), Sports Betting (football, cricket), lottery, and jackpot — are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which can be found in the platform's help section.

• Game Results: The outcome of all games at Winner Club is final once a round is completed. No appeals against valid game results will be entertained.
• Technical Disruptions: If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay and affects the outcome, Winner Club will investigate and make a ruling based on the available system records.
• Sports Betting: For sports betting on events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL football, and IPL cricket, the official result recognised by the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine winnings.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed within the respective game interface.

Winner Club uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by accredited testing bodies, across all applicable games to ensure complete fairness and true randomness in every round.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Winner Club platform and may result in firm action, including immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one (1) Winner Club account
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform
• Sharing your account with any other party or allowing someone else to use your account
• Committing or attempting to commit fraud in any form, including payment fraud
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using false or someone else's personal information during registration or verification
• Engaging in any money laundering activities through the Winner Club platform
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or unethical manner towards Winner Club customer support staff
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the Winner Club platform

Voluntary Closure: Members may request closure of their Winner Club account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid balances will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

Closure by Winner Club: Winner Club reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• Inaccurate or misleading account information
• Request from legal authorities

Self-Exclusion: Winner Club provides a self-exclusion option for members who feel they need to take a break or permanently stop playing. This is part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Please contact customer support or visit the Responsible Gaming us for more information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Winner Club shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform
• Service interruptions or delays caused by factors beyond Winner Club's control, including internet disruptions, third-party server issues, or natural disasters
• Data loss or damage to devices used by members to access the Winner Club platform
• Any action or decision made by a member based on information available on the platform

All content found on the Winner Club platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, designs, graphics, text, software, code, and multimedia content, is the exclusive property of Winner Club or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, display, upload, or use any content from the Winner Club platform for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from Winner Club.

Unauthorised use of the Winner Club brand name, logo, or any related trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Winner Club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the winnerclub.im website.

We will endeavour to notify members of any material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically.
